No airflow means no defrost, and no defrost is a truck that can’t legally run in the rain or on a January morning. Blower motors on working trucks fail from brush wear, a seized bearing, or water and debris pulled in through the cowl. Replacement is an easy job — the hard part on older N-series, Kodiak/TopKick and Fuso trucks is finding the right motor and cage.
We supply used OEM blower motors with the fan cage from running donor trucks, run-tested at every speed and checked for bearing noise, covered by our warranty.

- No airflow at any speed with a good fuse and resistor
- Works only on high (resistor/module) or cuts out intermittently (motor brushes)
- Squeal, grind or rattle from behind the dash that changes with fan speed

Before you order
- Send your VIN — motor size, cage orientation and connector vary by cab and model year.
- Test the resistor/blower module and the connector for heat damage; a burnt connector will damage a new motor.
- Clean leaves and debris from the HVAC case while the motor is out.
- Check the cabin air filter (where fitted) and the cowl drains.
