Return & Refund Policy
Effective date: July 11, 2026
Return authorization
All returns must be approved in advance. A valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required before sending anything back to us.
Compatibility responsibility
You’re responsible for verifying part compatibility before ordering — sharing your VIN when you request a quote helps us confirm fitment up front. Returns for incompatible parts incur a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.
Damage reporting
Report any issue within 48 hours of delivery. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery, and notify us by phone and email as soon as possible.
Defective parts
We offer a replacement first when one is available. Refunds are issued only after inspection. Labor, towing, installation, and diagnostic costs are not covered.
Cancellations
Cancelling before shipment incurs a 25% restocking fee. Cancelling after shipment incurs the restocking fee plus both outbound and return shipping charges.
Credit card processing fee
A non-refundable 4% processing fee applies to all credit card payments and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including on returned or cancelled orders.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking. Parts must be returned within 7 business days of RMA issuance, in their original condition.
Inspection & approval
Refunds process only after inspection confirms the returned part matches what was originally shipped, with intact identification markings.
Non-returnable items
Parts returned without an RMA, modified items, electrically damaged components, and returns received after 7 business days are not eligible for a refund.
Chargebacks
If an issue arises, please contact us first and allow 5 business days for resolution before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer.
