Used DPF Sensor for Medium-Duty Trucks
DPF differential-pressure and exhaust-temperature sensors — the sensors behind regen and soot-load faults.
- Used OEM part
- Tested before shipping
- 30-day warranty
- Ships to the lower 48

The DPF pressure sensor tells the engine how much soot is in the filter; the exhaust temperature sensors tell it whether a regen is working. When either drifts or fails you get regen faults, a soot-load warning that won’t clear, or a truck that regens constantly and drinks fuel — and eventually a derate or a plugged filter. New sensors aren’t cheap once the dealer bundles them with hoses and brackets.
We supply used OEM DPF pressure and temperature sensors from running donor trucks, matched to your engine and position, tested and covered by our warranty.
Signs your dpf sensor has failed
- Codes P2452–P2455 (DPF differential pressure sensor) or P0544/P2033-type exhaust temperature sensor codes
- DPF soot-load warning that won’t clear after a forced regen
- Regens happening too often, or never completing
- Loss of power with the DPF light on
- Cracked, melted or disconnected pressure hoses at the sensor
- Exhaust temperature reading implausibly high, or stuck
Before you order
- Tell us which sensor — differential pressure, or which exhaust-temperature position — and send your VIN and engine.
- Inspect the pressure hoses for cracks, soot plugging and swapped high/low sides; a bad hose mimics a bad sensor.
- If the filter is truly loaded, replacing the sensor won’t fix it — have the DPF cleaned or replaced.
- Clear codes and run a forced regen after installation to confirm.

Frequently asked questions
Which trucks do you stock a used DPF Sensor for?
Isuzu NPR, NQR and NRR; Ford F-450 and F-550; Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 4500HD/5500HD plus Kodiak and TopKick C4500; Ram 4500 and 5500; and Mitsubishi Fuso Canter FE125–FE180. Pick your truck below or send us your VIN.
Is a used DPF Sensor tested before it ships?
Yes. Every dpf sensor we sell is pulled from a running donor truck, inspected and tested before it ships.
How do I get a quote for a used DPF Sensor?
Use the form on this page or call us. Share your truck and VIN and we confirm exact fitment, then call you back with a price in about 30 seconds during business hours — or email it if we can’t reach you.
Is a used DPF Sensor covered by a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind this dpf sensor with our warranty. Exact terms are confirmed on your quote.
Do you ship a used DPF Sensor nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 48 contiguous states with tracked delivery. Most parts arrive in 3–7 business days; engines, transmissions and axles ship freight and typically arrive in 5–10.
Which DPF sensor do I need?
The differential-pressure sensor sits on a bracket with two hoses to the filter; exhaust-temperature sensors thread into the exhaust before and after the DPF. The code identifies which. Send us the code and we’ll match it.
Is a used DPF sensor plug-and-play?
Yes — no programming. Clear codes and run a regen to confirm.
