Used Seat Belt for Medium-Duty Trucks
OEM seat belt assemblies — retractors, buckles and latches, inspected for webbing and locking function.
- Used OEM part
- Tested before shipping
- 30-day warranty
- Ships to the lower 48

A seat belt that won’t retract, won’t latch, or has frayed webbing is a DOT inspection failure and a driver you can’t legally put on the road. New belt assemblies from the dealer are surprisingly expensive, often color- or trim-specific, and for older N-series, Kodiak/TopKick and Fuso cabs frequently discontinued.
We supply used OEM seat belt assemblies from donor trucks with no collision history at that seat position — inspected for webbing condition, smooth retraction, inertia lock and buckle function — matched to your cab, seat position and color, and covered by our warranty.
Signs your seat belt has failed
- Belt won’t retract, or retracts slowly and leaves slack
- Retractor locked and won’t extend
- Frayed, cut, sun-rotted or stiff webbing
- Buckle won’t latch, won’t release, or the release button is broken
- Seat belt warning light stuck on (buckle switch)
- Belt fails the inertia-lock check on a hard pull
Before you order
- Tell us the seat position (driver, passenger, center), cab type and interior color, and send your VIN — anchor points, buckle length and color vary.
- Pretensioners: note whether your truck has them and whether your airbag light is on. A deployed pretensioner can’t be reused, and we don’t sell them.
- Torque anchor bolts to spec with the original hardware grade.
- Replace any belt that was worn in a collision, even if it looks fine.

Frequently asked questions
Which trucks do you stock a used Seat Belt for?
Isuzu NPR, NQR and NRR; Ford F-450 and F-550; Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 4500HD/5500HD plus Kodiak and TopKick C4500; Ram 4500 and 5500; and Mitsubishi Fuso Canter FE125–FE180. Pick your truck below or send us your VIN.
Is a used Seat Belt tested before it ships?
Yes. Every seat belt we sell is pulled from a running donor truck, inspected and tested before it ships.
How do I get a quote for a used Seat Belt?
Use the form on this page or call us. Share your truck and VIN and we confirm exact fitment, then call you back with a price in about 30 seconds during business hours — or email it if we can’t reach you.
Is a used Seat Belt covered by a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind this seat belt with our warranty. Exact terms are confirmed on your quote.
Do you ship a used Seat Belt nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 48 contiguous states with tracked delivery. Most parts arrive in 3–7 business days; engines, transmissions and axles ship freight and typically arrive in 5–10.
Are used seat belts safe and legal?
We supply belts only from donor trucks without collision damage at that seat position, and inspect webbing, retraction and locking before shipping. FMVSS-certified OEM belts installed to spec meet DOT requirements; a belt that has restrained an occupant in a crash should never be reused, and we don’t sell those.
What about pretensioners?
If your truck has pyrotechnic pretensioners we supply only units that have not deployed, verified before shipping.
Can you match my interior color?
Tell us your interior color and cab type; we match as closely as the donor pool allows and confirm with you before shipping.
