Complete used diesel and gas engines — 4HK1, Power Stroke, Duramax, Cummins, Vortec and Fuso — with the warranty that matches the job.

- 60–90 day warranty
- Ships to the lower 48
- Refundable core

An engine replacement is the biggest decision a fleet or owner-operator makes on a truck that’s otherwise sound. A rebuild ties the truck up for weeks; a new crate engine — where one even exists for a 4HK1, a 6.8L V10 or a Kodiak Duramax — costs more than the truck is worth. A tested used OEM engine from a running donor puts the truck back to work in days at a fraction of either.
Our used engines are pulled from running donor trucks with documented mileage, compression or leak-down checked, and shipped as long blocks or complete assemblies per your quote. Engines carry 60–90 days of coverage under our warranty policy, ship freight to any commercial address in the lower 48, and a refundable core charge is stated on your quote.
Signs your engine has failed
- Rod knock or a deep lower-end knock under load
- Cracked block or head — coolant in oil, oil in coolant, milky dipstick
- Low compression on one or more cylinders; heavy blow-by
- Spun bearing; low oil pressure at hot idle
- Severe internal smoke that isn’t the turbo or injectors
- Hydrolocked or overheated engine with a warped head
Before you order
- Send your VIN, engine code and emissions (federal vs. CARB) — calibration, injector style and turbo differ within an engine family by year.
- Decide long block vs. complete: a complete donor engine keeps turbo, injectors, manifolds and accessories as options; a long block means you transfer yours. Tell us which and we quote accordingly.
- Warranty requires fresh fluids and filters, a new thermostat and seals, a cooling-system flush and installation by a qualified tech — see our warranty policy.
- Plan for freight: engines ship on a pallet to a commercial address or a shop with a forklift or liftgate.
