Our services are available only within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
2.3 Product listings & compatibility
You are responsible for verifying part compatibility with your vehicle before ordering — sharing your VIN helps us confirm fitment. We reserve the right to correct listing errors.
2.4 Pricing & payment
All pricing is in U.S. dollars and subject to change until an order is confirmed. A non-refundable 4% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Full payment is required before an order is processed.
2.5 Order acceptance
Placing a quote request or order does not constitute a binding contract until we confirm it. We may cancel an order due to part unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an inability to verify information, and will issue a full refund in that case.
2.6 Intellectual property
All website content belongs to FirstChoice Used Truck Parts or its suppliers and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction without our consent is prohibited.
2.7 Disclaimer of warranties
Parts are used and provided as-is, without warranties of any kind except as stated in our Warranty Policy. Used parts carry prior-use history.
2.8 Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the part. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
2.9 Dispute resolution & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which FirstChoice Used Truck Parts operates. Disputes will proceed through a 30-day good-faith negotiation period, followed by binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules, except where injunctive relief is sought.
2.10 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify FirstChoice Used Auto Parts LLC (d/b/a FirstChoice Used Truck Parts), its officers, and its agents from claims arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any third party’s rights.
2.11 Modifications to terms
