Shipping Policy
Effective date: July 11, 2026
Geographic service area
We ship exclusively to the contiguous 48 United States. We currently cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military (APO/FPO) addresses, or international locations. Orders with an ineligible shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.
Order processing & release
Shipments begin after payment authorization and, where needed, internal verification. You’ll receive tracking details once the carrier accepts the package; delivery estimates start from that point, not from order placement.
Processing & lead time
Standard parts require 1–2 business days of processing before dispatch. Engines and transmissions require 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the following business day.
Fulfillment disclosure
Some orders ship directly from a supplier partner rather than our own facility. Our warranty and return policies apply the same way regardless of where an order ships from.
Standard parcel shipments
Parcels ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, arriving 3–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided on every order; a signature may be required for high-value items.
Freight & oversized shipments
Heavy components (engines, transmissions, and other large assemblies) ship via freight, arriving 5–10 business days after carrier pickup. A commercial address is recommended; residential delivery may incur an additional fee from the carrier.
Delivery responsibilities & claims
Please provide an accurate shipping address, monitor your tracking, and inspect your part within 48 hours of delivery. Freight damage must be documented with the carrier immediately — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
