Used Power Distribution Module for Medium-Duty Trucks
Power distribution modules / high-current junction blocks — the feed point everything else depends on.
- Used OEM part
- Tested before shipping
- Electronics warranty
- Ships to the lower 48

The power distribution module is the high-current junction between the batteries and the rest of the truck — main feeds, mega-fuses, the ignition and starter circuits. When it fails the symptoms look like a dead battery or a bad ground, and shops burn hours before they find the heat-damaged stud or the corroded internal bus. On trucks that live in road salt or on jump-starts, it’s a common casualty.
We stock used OEM PDMs from running donor trucks, checked for burnt studs, cracked housings and corrosion, and covered by our warranty — usually shipped the same or next business day.
Signs your power distribution module has failed
- Total or intermittent loss of power with good batteries and cables
- Heat-discolored or loose battery/alternator studs on the module
- Repeated blown mega-fuse or maxi-fuse in the main feed
- Voltage drop across the module under load — lights dim on crank
- Corrosion inside the housing after a wash-out or salt season
- No-crank with a good starter and batteries
Before you order
- Send your VIN and a photo of the module — configuration changes with battery layout (single, dual, box-mounted) and body/upfitter options.
- Check the main cables and ground straps first; a corroded battery cable lug produces the same voltage drop.
- Torque all studs to spec on installation — a loose stud is what kills these in the first place.
- If a stud or fuse holder has melted, inspect the mating cable end and replace it too.

Frequently asked questions
Which trucks do you stock a used Power Distribution Module for?
Isuzu NPR, NQR and NRR; Ford F-450 and F-550; Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 4500HD/5500HD plus Kodiak and TopKick C4500; Ram 4500 and 5500; and Mitsubishi Fuso Canter FE125–FE180. Pick your truck below or send us your VIN.
Is a used Power Distribution Module tested before it ships?
Yes. Every power distribution module we sell is pulled from a running donor truck, inspected and tested before it ships.
How do I get a quote for a used Power Distribution Module?
Use the form on this page or call us. Share your truck and VIN and we confirm exact fitment, then call you back with a price in about 30 seconds during business hours — or email it if we can’t reach you.
Is a used Power Distribution Module covered by a warranty?
Yes — used electronics like this power distribution module are backed by our warranty, a category most sellers exclude entirely. Exact terms are confirmed on your quote.
Do you ship a used Power Distribution Module nationwide?
Yes — we ship to all 48 contiguous states with tracked delivery. Most parts arrive in 3–7 business days; engines, transmissions and axles ship freight and typically arrive in 5–10.
What’s the difference between a PDM and a fuse box?
The PDM handles the high-current feeds from the batteries (main fuses, alternator and starter feeds); the fuse box distributes the smaller circuits behind it. A bad PDM affects everything at once; a fuse box fault usually affects one system.
Is a used PDM plug-and-play?
Yes — no programming. Match the configuration to your VIN, torque the studs to spec, and it’s done.
Is a used electronic module covered by a warranty?
Yes. Electronics are covered under our warranty — a category most used-parts sellers refuse to warranty at all. Programming, where your truck needs it, is the buyer’s responsibility unless agreed on your quote.
